Satisfaction Guarantee

Earnest Homes does not charge early termination fees for our management service. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel our agreement at any time with a 30 day notice.

Peace of Mind Guarantee

You are looking to hire a property manager because you have a million other things going on in your life and we’re committed to giving you peace of mind by maintaining the day-to-day operation of your property. State and city laws are changing quickly which presents new legal challenges. For every property that we place with a tenant, Earnest Homes will provide free legal advice via telephone from our network of attorneys for up to 2 hours at no additional cost.

Quality Tenant Guarantee

We perform a full credit and background check for all prospective tenants over 18 years of age. If the tenant breaches our lease agreement within the first 12 months, we will secure the next tenant for free.

Customer Service Guarantee

We take pride in being a superior property management company. We will respond to all owner and tenant calls and emails within 1 business day. If we fail to respond, that month’s management fee is on us.
