Leasing ONLY fee is 75% of one month’s rent or $2,000 (whichever is greater)
Leasing ONLY fee with 1-year Tenant Placement Guarantee is one month’s rent or $2,500 (whichever is greater)

2. Management fees are subjected to minimum charges as follows: Gold plan $175, Platinum plan $225, and Diamond plan $295

3. We have a 10% markup supervision fee on all renovation and maintenance coordination except recurring expenses. Earnest Homes provides 24/7 call center for emergencies and diagnoses every single work order prior to vendor dispatch. We also pass the discounts from our vendors directly to you.

All Other Fees:
Tax Reportings $35 per filing
Earnest Homes to share pet admin fee and late fee 50/50. All fees are disclosed and we do not have a hidden fee!

Refund
If you decide to list and sell your rental property with us. Earnest Homes will refund 12 months worth of management fees back to you!
