Have had nothing but positive experiences with PMI - no complaints here. I'll admit there was a little hiccup once near the end of the lease, but this was because of their willingness to help us re-locate and get into a new address - something that I'm grateful they were extremely helpful with - and even then, they worked with us every step of the way to ensure it was resolved satisfactorily. As an aside, I need to give a shoutout to Ann [Quinto] - she was extremely professional, informative, and helpful throughout our transitionary period; an absolute pleasure working with her, and looking forward to in the future if anything should arise.
