Thank you for your interest in providing professional service to Earnest Homes. We are looking to build a reliable and long-lasting partnership with you. As a top-rated property management company in Los Angeles, we are looking to partner with local vendors who are committed to excellence as our vendors directly reflect our ability and image to both residents and landlords. Earnest Homes has a criteria below every vendor must pass prior to being added to our vendor list.

• Provide proof of liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage.
• If you have employees, you must provide proof of workers compensation.
• A contractor’s license if the type of project is more than $500.
• W-9 form for tax reporting purposes as required by the IRS.
• You must be able to accept all work orders within 2 business days and complete them in a timely manner.
